After the Constitution was written out, it had to go through a ratification process. It had took a while, for some had highly supported it, yet others didn't at all. Later on in 1788, t was accepted by the 13 colonies/states, which were New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
